On-site presence and quality verification against your specifications and the architect's design intent. Progress and coordination watched continuously; every decision, selection, and change order kept in writing.

Contractor Search, Vetting & Proposal Acquisition
Independent search and vetting of contractors and trades on your behalf — license verification, review-history analysis, and service-area fit — and soliciting and organizing competitive proposals for your review and comparison. No referral fees and no contractor affiliations.

Design-Intent Enforcement
Ensuring the trades build to the drawings and specifications you approved rather than the easiest path. Substitutions are caught and reviewed before they become permanent.

Decision Tracking & Reporting
Regular, plain reporting across architect, designer, and builder, with a shared written record of what was chosen and when. The project keeps a memory, on your side.
