Ongoing oversight of a residential property on the owner's behalf, whether newly acquired or long held. HHC manages the provider relationships that keep a high-end residence running: scheduling and attending service calls, vetting vendors for the ability, scale, and attention the property demands, and obtaining competitive proposals when a provider relationship needs to be established or replaced. Where a system is complex or a scope is unclear, HHC is present to ensure the provider understands what is actually required. The owner receives a single dedicated point of contact for the property's ongoing care, without having to manage the coordination directly.

SHEET 02 · ENGAGEMENT

HHC engages on a retainer basis that secures availability and priority, with time billed hourly against it. The retainer reserves the principal's capacity for your project; work performed is applied against it. Engagement details on inquiry.

Scope is set to the property. An estate with complex systems and a straightforward single-family residence are not the same engagement, and are not treated as if they were.

SHEET 03 · THE SCOPE

HHC manages provider relationships and represents the owner's interests. The firm does not perform trade work, maintenance, or repairs directly, and does not hold contractor licenses. Work is coordinated with and performed by licensed vendors. Where a specialist is required — mechanical, structural, environmental — HHC refers the owner to a qualified provider and, where engaged, oversees the relationship on the owner's behalf.
